Assessments

Participants will be required to observe and document a team’s progress through the stages of the Tuckman ladder (forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning) based on real-life team interactions, highlighting key milestones.

 

Upon successful completion, participants will receive an internationally recognized certificate. This includes both digital and printed copies.

 

*Successful completion entails minimum attendance of 80%.
