Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP)™ Certified Course

Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP)™ Certified Course

The Certified Sustainable Project Professional (CSPP)™ is a joint certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Green Project Management (GPM). It equips project leaders with the lens and toolkit to uncover hidden value, mitigate risk and build resilience into project delivery.

Sustainable project management goes beyond delivering scope on time and within budget. It integrates environmental stewardship, social responsibility and long-term economic performance into project governance, planning and delivery, so that projects create lasting value for people, the planet and prosperity.

Pro Consultancy International (Pvt.) Ltd, through its education unit Procons Academy, offers this intensive weekend programme to prepare participants for the CSPP™ examination. The PMI-GPM P5™ Standard for Sustainability in Project Management, the PRiSM™ (Projects Integrating Sustainable Methods) life cycle approach, and the PMI-GPM Practice Guide for Sustainability in Project Management. It also covers global frameworks such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the UN Global Compact and ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD and the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards).

Through concept sessions, scenario-based exercises, practice questions and exam-taking strategies, participants learn how to assess sustainability impacts early, embed them in real delivery decisions, and measure and report the results with confidence.
